Conference facilities are available at the hotel. We have 5 rooms available that can accommodate 2 to 220 people. Conferences can be fully catered, depending upon your requirements, and we can supply all the necessary equipment, to make your event a complete success.

Ample car parking on the ground and underground, free of charge.
Children:
Children aged 0-12 years inclusive are free of charge when sharing with at least 1 adult and using existing bedding. Cots, where available, are provided free of charge. Any additional bedding is charged at the extra person rate.
Extra Guests:
Maximum of 2 adults per room otherwise a surcharge of $50 per night will apply for each additional guest.
Additional Comments:
In regards to the hotel policy, a Credit card is required at check-in to guarantee payment for any incidental charges. We do not accept $100 cash or EFTPOS bond.
Please be advised that 48 hours notice of cancellation is required before date of arrival. Late cancellation
will be subject to a charge equivelent to a one night stay.

Metro Perth is situated on the southern side of the river close to the Perth Zoo and Burswood Casino. It is a short walk to the South Perth foreshore where you can spend an afternoon enjoying the view (of the city) or participating in water sports. The city is 10 minutes drive away by car or bus.
