Driving Info:

Dowling St has 2 sections, you will need to enter Dowling St from Cowper Wharf Road, we are then located on the left side of Dowling St after the Frisco Hotel. If you require parking, be sure to reserve prior to arrival. You will need to temporarily park outside of the apartments and check-in at reception where you will receive access and instructions for parking.

Valid for 20MAR20-30SEP20: Nesuto Woolloomooloo Apartment Hotel has advised that following the government advice and guidelines to make it mandatory for all individuals arriving into Australia from overseas, to undergo a 14-day self-isolation period effective immediately. Given these latest developments in Australia, the hotel have decided to waive all cancellation charges for guests with overnight reservations and will refund any bookings before 30SEP20. Nesuto Hotels and Apartment Hotels are able to take affected guests who require to isolate themselves, with special arrangements for them to ensure they continue to enjoy a genuine and comfortable experience, in view of these unique circumstances as per the following procedures: 1. Any incoming arrivals that the hotel know are self-isolating will be marked as such by Reservation  (VIP Special Care Guest with a note on the booking) 2. All self-isolating guests will be provided with a SELF-ISOLATING LETTER at check-in, which explains that: a.      No staff will enter their apartment unless necessary. b.      Anything they need will be dropped off at their door. c.       Anything they need to be removed must be left at the door for us to collect. d.      They have Heat and Eat meal options that we can deliver (at selected properties only) e.      We will provide them with complimentary unlimited WiFi throughout their stay. f.       We can accept grocery deliveries for them but they will be left outside their door. 3. Housekeeping is to provide Cleaning Kits cleaning spray bottle, vacuum cleaner, extra soaps, laundry powders, cleaning rags, etc. 4. Once they have checked out, hotel will Out Of Order (OOO) the room for TWO DAYS before Housekeeping can go in and clean.   FRONT DESK to do for ALL CHECK-Ins 1. Encourage all guests to use the hand sanitizer on arrival. Ensure guests read and sign both the SIGN IN SHEET and COVID19 HEALTH DECLARATION FORM.
