Hell Hotel We asked for a quiet room for our wedding anniversary and got a noisy room which was supposed to have windows that were double glazed. Could hear the traffice lights and people in the bus mall. No robes provided even though it stated it on hotel's facilities. We had to park 2 blocks away - not convenient at all. The first night we were kept awake by a nearby nightclub till 5am. After complaining we were moved to an inner room which was alot quieter but the airconditioning and clock radio didn't work. The room was hot and stuffy. Our only compensation they gave us was one free basic breakfast. We have had better accommodation in a caravan park cabin! Will be writing directly to the Manager of the Hotel. Ratings
