Top Class Service I have stayed at other Hotels in the area previously, and would have to say that the Urban was the best so far. The room was very well presented, clean and tidy and the staff treated me like a friend rather than a customer. If you are looking for a first class reception from staff who obviously love their job, you can't go past the Urban. Ratings

Hotel Urban - What a hidden gem Did not know Hotel Urban existed, and what a little treasure to find! Large rooms for an inner city hotel, extra comfy beds, quirky treasures all around, from a bear for 'teddy time' to 'slow down' slippers. Staff were extremely friendly, the buffet breakfast was beautifully displayed and kept full at all times. I would recommend this place over any of the bigger hotels in Brisbane. Ratings

A great place to just kick back and relax. Only a short taxi ride to Chinatown in Fortitude Valley. Great Vietnamese Restaurant on Brunswick Street. I would stay again if it was a little less expensive. The price for the room was slightly overpriced considering the location. I have stayed at Hotels in the city that are below two hundres dollars and have been just as appealing and in a better location. Ratings

Great rate for a nice refurbshed Brissy Icon Check in staff were very pleasant and helpful. Although it was a construction site when we visited, they are doing a fantastic job on the refurb and presented no problems or excess noise during our stay. Our room on the first floor was excellent with very comfy beds and a lovely decor. We were only there for a short overnight, but did not want for anything, even found easy parking almost out the front. Right on the park is great for an escape from the city, although only a 10 min walk to the mall. If the rate is still competitive we look forward to staying again when the refurb is complete. + I always like apples at reception in the AM ! Ratings
