Australia Park Motel
This was an old and crummy room with much tired laminex, grubby carpet and a pretty grim bathroom. The room apparently qualified as an executive family room because of its great size - you need binoculars to see the TV from some parts of the room and a megaphone to talk to the rest of the family. It is on a busy road and is a stock standard ugly 70's motel building with 'tasteful' exposed brick. I expected a bit more for $170 a night - but I might be overestimating what the Albury region has to offer. Breakfast was in a brightly lit laminex tabled room with plenty of toast and International roast style coffee on offer. Overall I would say avoid at all costs, but sadly there isn't much choice around Albury-Wodonga.
